The Institute of Cellular Pharmacology (ICP) is based in Europe and carries out research into the culture, properties and eventual applications of various marine and terrestrial macro and micro algae and plants. The areas of research of particular interest to ICP are cell biology (in-vitro modelling), molecular biology, molecular purification and identification and animal and human clinical studies. Close collaboration with a number of universities and leading research institutions across Europe and the United States keeps ICP ahead of the field and in line with current developments. They have published their works in a number of leading medical journals and have presented papers to many scientific conferences worldwide. 

Their research has led to the identification, isolation and extraction of a number of vegetal extracts, which have been clinically proven to have beneficial outcomes for both human and animal use. ICP's production and manufacturing processes are in accordance with recognised quality standards by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and its Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
